Technique,
not habit.
Precision in every posture.
A structured online program for practitioners ready to move past routine practice. Live sessions, real instructor feedback, and a learning path shaped around what you actually need to address.
What the program covers
Four focused areas, each building on the last. Sessions run live with a qualified instructor — no pre-recorded substitutes.
Group and individual formats
Group cohorts of four to six students allow peer observation and shared correction. Individual sessions redirect the entire hour toward your specific postural patterns and breath control gaps.
Both formats use the same curriculum — the difference is density of feedback and pace of progression.
Pranayama depth
Kumbhaka retention, nadi shodhana sequencing, and the relationship between breath and spinal alignment — addressed as technique, not philosophy.
Asana mechanics
Weight distribution, joint stacking, and muscular engagement patterns are examined across standing, seated, and inverted postures.
Adaptive pathways
Your learning path is reviewed at weeks four and eight. If your baseline shifts, the curriculum shifts with it — not a fixed syllabus.
How the program unfolds — 12-week arc
Weeks 1–2
Baseline assessment. Instructor maps existing patterns and identifies priority areas.
Weeks 3–5
Foundation correction. Targeted work on structural habits that limit progression.
Weeks 6–8
Technique layering. New posture families introduced with breath integration.
Weeks 9–11
Sequence building. Connecting individual postures into coherent practice arcs.
Week 12
Review session. Documented progress and a forward path for continued study.
Practical questions
Do I need prior yoga experience to join the advanced program?
The program is designed for practitioners who already have a working foundation in basic asana and breathwork. Some prior experience is expected, though the pace is adjusted per student in individual sessions.
How are group sessions different from individual lessons?
Group sessions follow a shared curriculum with peer interaction and live instructor feedback. Individual lessons allow the instructor to address your specific posture challenges, injury considerations, and personal goals directly.
What equipment is needed to participate online?
A stable internet connection, a yoga mat, and a device with a camera are sufficient. A quiet space with enough room to extend your arms fully in all directions is recommended.
